Background

Tobi is a 2x Oracle certified consultant (Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud & Oracle Procurement Cloud) with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications up to the latest release R13 25C, and Oracle E-Business Suite (up to R12.2.5), boasting extensive expertise in tasks such as BI and Reporting, Support, Migration, Integration, and Testing HCM and ERP modules encompassing HCM, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and Projects.

His professional journey has led him through diverse industries, including Services, Public Sector, Financial Services, Construction, Telecommunications, Higher Education, Publishing, and Transport and logistics, both in the United Kingdom and internationally. Tobi has had the privilege of working with esteemed organisations in the Netherlands and Sweden.

Tobi thrives in both Agile and PRINCE2® environments, contributing to the successful execution of ERP change, upgrade, and service transition projects, consistently meeting deadlines and staying within budget constraints. Additionally, Tobi holds a PRINCE2® certification in Project Management.

Recent experience

Kent County Council

Responsible for delivering a business intelligence suite to unlock actionable insights and streamline data-driven decision-making during Phase 1 (ERP) of the implementation project. Delivering core transactional documents covering purchasing, receivables, and payments, ensuring seamless financial operations and clear, consistent communication with suppliers and customers.

Northumbrian Water (About You)

Leading the BI workstream for Northumbrian Water’s cloud transformation project, I led the development capabilities and managed onshore and offshore resources in order to deliver 100+ reports in 2 years.

Mace (Better4)

Working on Mace’s £40m transformation project, I was responsible for leading the development of BI capabilities for international entities of Mace’s Construction and Consultancy arms as they were onboarded onto the system.
