Is our request too small to bother with?
Almost certainly not. We regularly take on single report fixes, small enhancements and short pieces of ad hoc support. If it’s Oracle Fusion Cloud related, ask us.
Do we need to sign up to an ongoing contract?
No. Plenty of clients come to us for a single piece of work with no ongoing commitment. If you’d like continued support afterwards, that’s available too — but it’s never a condition.
How quickly can you start?
For well-defined small tasks, we can usually quote within a day or two and start shortly after, depending on current workload.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than expected?
We’ll flag it honestly before doing further work, and talk through the options — including scaling into a larger piece of work if that’s genuinely what’s needed.
